Brooke decided to become a financial advisor because he wanted to help people succeed financially. Just like everyone needs a good barber or hairdresser, a good family doctor, and a good auto mechanic, you also need a good financial coach to help you plan for and stay on track to pursue your financial goals. That is why he joined Betty Andrews Investment Management.
Brooke attended the United States Military Academy at West Point and graduated in 1989 with a B.S. degree in civil engineering. He was commissioned as a lieutenant in the United States Army and served for 7 years, leaving service in 1996 as a captain. He served in Virginia, Germany, Desert Storm (Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Kuwait), Missouri, and Alabama as an engineer officer.
After 20 years as a structural engineer, in 2016, he began a new career as a financial advisor. He joined Betty Andrews Investment Management at the beginning of 2019 where he serves in this role. He holds FINRA series 7 and 66 registrations which are held through LPL Financial, insurance licenses for Life and Health, Medicare Supplement and Long Term Care.
Brooke is married to Nancy Finley Carpenter and they have two children, Caroline and Caleb. Brooke and Nancy live in the Union Ridge community in northern Alamance County. Brooke enjoys all types of fishing, hunting, Brooke also enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and watching all types of sporting events.
